What the tale is about

Mother Salamander travels from the Land of Fire to Hedgehog Land with Whistle the Snail, hoping to help her little ember, Köz, leave his egg. Whistle paints the shell with sparkling slime, so Mother Salamander cannot recognize it and runs away in distress. After the Wise Hedgehog treats her injured feet, he helps her understand the importance of calmness, patience, and waiting for the right time. Mother Salamander remembers the meaningful words from their conversation and says them to the egg. Köz breaks free, apologizes, embraces his mother, and prepares to return home with her.
