What the tale is about

At Saffron Lake, colorful Duck Shams worries as the water shrinks and one bird after another leaves. Rather than abandon her home, she follows Nili the water lily’s advice and asks trusted friends for help. Frog Nişe gathers the fish, while Shams consults the forest animals. When a cat explains that trees can bring more rain, moles, squirrels, eagles, foxes, pelicans, monkeys, and returning birds work together to plant and water saplings. After patient effort and prayer to Allah, rain restores the lake, and Shams celebrates the power of advice, cooperation, and perseverance.
