What the tale is about
On a warm spring day, Talha enjoys a family picnic while reading a picture book about Hazrat Ali becoming Muslim as a child. As the call to prayer approaches, he performs ablution and hurries with his father to the nearby mosque. Following the prayers and movements his father taught him, Talha feels joyful as the congregation bows and prostrates together. After prayer, his father explains how worship expresses gratitude to Allah and helps people live in harmony with creation. Talha leaves with a peaceful heart and sees the world differently. His sister Zeynep asks to come next time, and Talha gives thanks for being a praying child.
