What the tale is about
In a faraway village, clever and hardworking Keloğlan lives with his mother and carries their wheat and corn to a mill in the neighboring village. A long line is waiting, but Keloğlan soon notices that the elderly miller is working alone. Remembering his mother’s teaching from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), he offers his help instead of simply waiting. His patience and wholehearted effort earn the miller’s trust, teach him a trade, and support his family. As Keloğlan dreams of a mill of his own, his kindness and hard work lead him toward a hopeful new life.
