What the tale is about

The story begins in Mecca, where Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son Ismail build the Kaaba, and follows Abraha’s attempt to destroy it with an army of elephants. Allah protects the sacred house through a flock of birds, and months later Muhammad is born to Aminah and Abdullah. Though he loses his father, mother, and grandfather while young, he is surrounded by the loving care of Halimah, Abd al-Muttalib, and Abu Talib. As he grows, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) becomes known for honesty and kindness, marries Khadijah, and begins receiving his prophetic calling in the cave of Hira.
